We were visiting Cheboygan for the week and a rock hit our windshield. Straits Area Glass got our car in first thing the next morning to repair the chip. A portion of the crack was beyond what they could repair so they didn’t charge us for the work (despite our insistence) because they couldn’t guarantee that the crack wouldn’t spread. One week and 400 miles later, the crack has held up and I figured the least we owe is a 5-star review (even if the crack does eventually spread). We appreciated their communication, honesty, and great customer service—things that seem to be more and more rare in a business these days. If we lived in the area, I would not hesitate to use Straits Area Glass for my home or auto needs!!
